Andover is a venture fund investing in early stage software-enabled start-ups ranging from Pre-seed to Series A. We are sector agnostic; however, our team has a background in software development and financial technology. We make co-investments alongside larger funds, angel groups, and other family offices.

Eric Minnick
Chief Investment Officer
Eric is an experienced software engineer, investor, and entrepreneur. Eric continues to run Anther Group which adds value by investing time via technical / business development expertise in pre-seed startups. He started AE Machines, where he managed business and technology development. Previously, Eric worked as a software developer for eVestment, a web-based data analytics company, where he specialized in algorithm and database design for all facets of the platform. Additionally, Eric spent time at Edison Partners as an associate on the Financial Technology team focusing on deal sourcing and investment due diligence. Eric has a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
