“Having worked in information technology for over 29 years I have had several managers. Thomas hired me at Peoplenet in 2011. During the last nine years I witnessed his leadership in digital transformation, technology trends and mentorship. I was always impressed with his vision to improve processes and find ways to identify business needs. At Peoplenet he took a small IT department and expanded it as the business grew anticipating the needs of the company. This included implementing new technology and installing a security infrastructure that allowed the company to maintain stringent security. He built the internal project management team. This team implemented several processes that helped to align the cross functional projects with business value. This resulted in a streamlined method of prioritizing projects for the company. He helped to drive the creation of a data warehouse and installed predictive analytics and dashboards to all employees to make data driven decisions. He is a proponent of employee value and makes every effort to allow employees to grow and advance. Thomas did a great job of challenging employees to improve themselves and learn new technologies. I always appreciated the way he would take the time to listen and he would always offer to help with any issues.
