As you go upmarket (ACV $100k+), it becomes less about “selling” and more about understanding business. The best enterprise AEs know how to: - Build a killer account plan and strategic POV. - Access and engage economic buyers quickly. - Understand exec priorities and build a compelling business case. But here’s the catch. It takes time. It takes 20-25 man-hours to build a comprehensive account plan. It takes months to reach C-level execs and understand company priorities. That’s where AI becomes ultra-valuable for enterprise selling. ✅ Imagine an initial account plan, org chart, and stakeholder map completely built by AI. (Save 15-20 hours per account plan.) ✅ Imagine AI that discovers exec connections (from your and your company's network) to your economic buyers. (No need to navigate layers of mid-level stakeholders, directly reach your economic buyer, understand their priorities, and execute top-down sales.) If you’re a CRO/VP of Sales, consider adding Vieu AI to your tech stack. There’s more to AI in sales than just call recording and CRM enrichment. DM me if you'd like to see this in action.

AI agents are going to be the biggest tailwind for Vieu. Why? Because efficiency will increase, but conversion rates will plummet. AI SDRs and parallel diallers will wreak havoc in inboxes. The best startups will rely on their network, physical presence, and brand to make it to the big leagues. Especially if you’re targeting the enterprise C Suite. Did they attend your event, follow your LinkedIn, or can someone vouch for you? That's going to be gold in 2025. Enterprise teams relying on smarter tactics like network-led outbound will win.

My last five sales meetings have been with: CRO - ($1B ARR Cybersecurity SaaS) SVP - Business Unit ($6.3B ARR Data Management SaaS) SVP - Marketing ($2.7B ARR Professional Services Company) SVP - Sales Strategy ($1B ARR Project Management SaaS) SVP - Business Unit ($370B ARR Healthtech company) And this was with ZERO cold outbound and ZERO marketing spend. How were we, a relatively small startup, able to secure 1:1s with high-level CXOs? Simple. Network-Led Outbound. We dogfooded Vieu and sourced warm introductions from our extended company network of investors, advisors, board members, and champion customers. Most companies leverage their network but they aren’t able to truly execute this process at scale. That’s where a platform like Vieu comes in. DM me and I’ll show you how you can leverage this for your company. (Especially if you’re seed/series A and higher- that’s where most companies have a sizeable but under-leveraged network).

Last week, Ashwin shared a framework on LinkedIn about getting warm intros from your investors and building a healthy pipeline. And it blew up. We got 14 qualified demos from a single LinkedIn post and over 25 people asking more information about Vieu. I thought, why not highlight a small but valuable feature from our product that helps you find warm intros to your economic buyers via your own network. We are literally closing deals and generating massive pipeline from our network itself, and we haven't even scratched the surface yet. Let me know if you'd like to see how Vieu can help you get access to your economic buyers and generate a solid pipeline. For those who missed Ashwin's framework, check out the pinned comment below. Ok, hear me out. Before you: - Hire a GTM engineer - Spin up 10 domains - Warm & rotate inboxes - Get a parallel dialer (woo) - Use AI agents for research - Build out 9 personas and layer against use cases - Connect best-in-class tools for email + call + Linkedin - Burn tons of money trying to scale outbound Consider leveraging your company’s network for warm intros. There’s gold out there and it’s not tapped to its full potential. Especially if you’re a Series A, B, C SaaS. DM if you want to see how it can be done (AT SCALE) for your company using Vieu. Let's make your network your biggest growth lever in 2025. Network-led outbound ftw.

Depending on your stage (seed/series A/B/C), your investors should give you $1-$20M of qualified PIPELINE. Easily. (We’re seed funded and have got over $3M pipeline just from angel & VC introductions in a few quarters). But most startups get investor introductions wrong. - By overwhelming investors with vague and broad requests - Making THEM do the heavy lifting - Asking them sporadically and not creating a repeatable process Here’s a better way: 1. List out your investors’ connections to your target companies – can be through their portfolio companies, ex-colleagues, or ex-college batchmates. (You’ll have to manually do this by going through their LinkedIn network, checking their portfolio companies, etc.) 2. Rank these connections by relationship strength if possible. 3. In your monthly/quarterly investor meeting, add time and agenda specifically for this process. 4. During the meeting, set context and get their buy-in. Walk them through the list you created and narrow down all relationships that can be leveraged. 5. Create blurbs that your investors can instantly forward. (Take most work off their hands.) 6. Track these in the same spreadsheet. 7. Watch the warm intros and pipeline flow in. Thank them for every introduction. 8. Repeat the process for all your investors. You can also scale this for your advisors, partners, board members, champion customers, and some well-connected friends. (PS: This takes a lot of manual effort and a dedicated person. With Vieu, you can automate it all and uncover deeper connections than LinkedIn. Here's the link if you’d like a demo- https://lnkd.in/ddSe_mB4) 9. Generate millions of dollars of pipeline from your “network-led outbound” approach. Here’s hoping you get tons of warm intros to your economic buyers in 2025. 🥂

The average tenure of a VP Sales is down from 26 to 19 months. With median growth rates slowing by 50%, it’s a tough time to be a sales leader in SaaS. At Vieu, we’ve recognized this challenge, and we’re stepping up to help. That’s why we’ve launched a dedicated Job Board for VP Sales roles in the USA — a platform designed to connect elite sales leaders with organizations that value your expertise and are committed to your success. New jobs will be added every week. Filter based on your location, industry, hybrid/remote etc. Link to the job board in the comments below. Share it with someone who you think will benefit (or save it in your notes app for the future). Happy hunting. PS - Feel free to ask our co-founders (Samir and Simon) for warm introductions if we’re connected to your hiring manager!

Courtney Thornton hits the nail on this one 🎯 Your sales team might own the quota, but growth happens faster when the entire company is invested in creating pipeline. How do you create a pipeline culture? - Encourage every employee to leverage their networks for opportunities. - Share stories publicly to inspire others to get involved. - Foster collaboration between teams so sales gets the support it needs. It's a team sport - when everyone plays, everyone wins.
