OCBC recently received a legislative update from Congresswoman Young Kim at the Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce April Legislative Luncheon, where she discussed her efforts to promote financial literacy, push for SALT tax deductions, increase small business access to capital and combat the nation’s fentanyl crisis.
