Mark Hanna is the Chief Marketing Officer, Richline Group, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company. During Hanna’s 45 years in the jewelry industry, he has had experience in all facets of management, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and corporate responsibility. He was honored as one of the US’s top 200 CMOs and with the CMO Club’s Highest Award for Corporate Social Responsibility.

Kirsten Hund, a Dutch national, has been in the newly created role of Head of Carbon Neutrality with De Beers since October 2020. Her responsibility is to work with the different parts of the company to get De Beers to Carbon Neutrality across its operations by 2030. Kirsten joined from the World Bank, where for the past 8 years she was a Senior Mining Specialist in their Energy and Extractives Global practice based out of Washington D.C. Before that, she worked in several roles for development and conservation NGOs, including WWF and Action Aid in the Netherlands and Africa ( based in Amsterdam, Gabon, and South Africa) on aspects of sustainable and climate-smart mineral sector development. Currently based in the Hague, the Netherlands, she plans to move to Johannesburg sometime this year. She holds an MA in International relations and international Humanitarian Assistance from the universities of Groningen and Aix-Marseille.

Matthew Kilgarriff is Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for the Richemont group of companies. Based in Geneva, Richemont encompasses some of the most prestigious names in luxury watches and jewellery, including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels and Jaeger-LeCoultre as well as YOOX NET-A-PORTER, an leading online distributor. Kilgarriff also serves as: Honorary Secretary of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC); as Co-Chair of the RJC’s Sustainable Development Goals Taskforce; as Vice-Chair of United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in Switzerland; and as Swiss Network Ambassador for the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). A Fellow of two UK-based professional institutions: the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI), he holds a Master of Business Administration (Ashridge) and a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership (Cambridge).

Lisa Koenigsberg is President and Founder, Initiatives in Art and Culture (IAC). An internationally recognized thought-leader in visual culture, Koenigsberg’s work is characterized by commitment to authenticity, artisanry, materials, sustainability, and responsible practice. Over 20 years ago, she established IAC’s multi-disciplinary conference series on visual culture, notably those that focus on gold and diamonds and explore the nexus between natural resources and artisanry, and society and cultural currents. She has held positions at NYU where she also served on the faculty, at several major museums, and at the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. Her writings have appeared in books, journals, and magazines, as well as in Trendvision's Trendbook. She has organized symposia and special sessions, and given talks at universities, museums, and professional organizations throughout the US and abroad. A member of the Advisory Board of Ethical Metalsmiths and board member of the Morris-Jumel Mansion (of which she is president) and Glessner House, she holds graduate degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and from Yale University from which she received her PhD. She also serves as Special Consultant for Educational Initiatives to The Magazine Antiques.  

François-Xavier Morvan is Sustainability Performance Senior Manager at Kering which he joined in 2012. Prior to Kering, he was in charge of environmental policy at the French telecommunications company SFR. At Kering, Morvan has lead the Group’s efforts to develop investors’ dialogue on sustainability and to raise awareness for Kering’s "best in class" sustainability program within the international investment community. He has been instrumental in securing Kering’s positive recognition from rating agencies such as: the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI), in which Kering, several times, was named Industry Leader; the CDP Climate Performance Index on which Kering was listed a climate leader; and the Corporate Knights’ Global 100 index which ranked Kering the world’s most sustainable textile, apparel and luxury goods corporation. Morvan is now charged with managing Kering’s pioneering Environmental Profit & Loss (EP&L) accounting and overseeing its implementation across the Group’s luxury brands. He also has a key role in improving the EP&L’s methodology and embedding its findings into Kering’s business operations and standardized reporting. Morvan holds a Degree in Biology and Geology and a Masters in Environmental Sciences and Communications.
