Professional Expertise

Cullen Hurley joined Savills in 2019 as an Associate in the Chicago office, specializing in tenant representation. He works as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team that advises clients across industry sectors – from real estate strategy and market research, option development and financial analysis, site selection, transaction structuring and landlord negotiation, and through to move in. Cullen is particularly focused on market analysis and occupancy trends within the financial services, professional services, and legal industries, keeping the team’s clients fully informed regarding market opportunities, occupancy trends and pricing. In addition, he plays a key role in transaction management and client reporting.

A Division I collegiate hockey player, Cullen’s client service approach is informed by a passion for performance excellence and collaboration.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Cullen is active as a community volunteer, serving as a Junior Board Member of the American Heart Association, and serving the Fond Blanc Foundation, the philanthropic organization supporting Haiti’s Fond Blanc orphanage, school, and surrounding community.

He participated in the American Heart Association’s first annual “Leaders for Life” Campaign in 2021, where he served as one of eight volunteers to raise money for cardiovascular research in the fight to end heart disease. Cullen also participated in Chicago’s “Dancing with the Brokers” charity event in May 2019 and won first place, winning $30,000 for the charity of his choice, Fond Blanc Foundation. The funds were applied to the orphanage’s health, wellness, and education programs.
