A recent joint federal study showed Americans suffered an average of 1.3 million nonfatal workplace violence incidents per year between 2015 and 2019. Workplace homicides increased by 11% over that period. This rise poses a significant threat to workers whose jobs involve:  - exchanging money with the public  - delivering passengers, goods or services  - working in high crime areas  - working in a uniform in contact with the public (e.g., utility workers). So, how can you ensure your lone workers’ safety and prevent workplace violence? What types of workplace violence should you watch for?
