My Neighbor Alice: Land Sale Announcement December 2022
Dear Neighbors,
We are pleased to announce that our second land sale is now live today on Tuesday Dec 6, and will last until Dec 15!
To those who have missed our last land sale in the Medieval Plains, we are excited to run a second one, allowing anyone who missed out to join this time (or anyone who wants more to get more!) Our marketplace allows you to buy and sell land freely. So if you’ve been wanting to expand your real estate or purchase your first piece of land, now is the time!
How does this land sale work?
100 plots of land from Tourney Wolds region within Medieval Plains island will be minted and made available to the community via our marketplace.
- A total of 100 plots of land will be auctioned off over 4 different waves, starting from Tuesday December 6 to Thursday December 15 with each wave of auctions taking place every 2 to 3 days
How to participate in the land sale?
The lands on auction will appear on the “primary sales” page in our marketplace.
The auction will last 24h and the countdown starts when the first bid is placed. However, a new highest bid placed under 30 mins remaining will extend the auction by an additional 30 mins.
Please don’t forget to have enough ALICE tokens in your wallet (equal to or higher to the current bidding price of the land) to be able to place a bid and enough BNB to pay the gas fee!
Which currency & wallet can I use to buy a plot on the marketplace?
You can only use ALICE tokens to place a bid, while gas fees will be paid in BNB.
The only wallet supported for now in our marketplace is Metamask. You have to set the Binance Smart Chain network in your wallet. Please be aware of selecting the right network!
What happens after I place a bid?
Tokens will be deducted from your wallet the moment you place the bid. If someone else places a higher bid, you will receive tokens back in your wallet. If you win the auction, you’ll be able to claim the land plot within your profile page.
