Dr. Blake received his medical degree from The Ohio State University and completed his internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of Virginia. As a board-certified nephrologist, he also serves as medical director at multiple dialysis centers and is a clinical assistant professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville.
