Pam founded the C.R.E.A.T.E. Wealth Network which has the mission charter of providing high quality commercial real estate investing education for all with an emphasis on uplifting other women leaders in the industry.
Pam founded the C.R.E.A.T.E. Wealth Network YouTube channel to further spread the mission of providing CRE education and to empower other women. Her Multi-Family Mondays(SM) series is on the channel to share tips and tools to others looking to break into the world of apartment investing.
The channel recently launched a new segment called Woman to WoMan Wednesdays, in it Pam will be interviewing leaders in the industry, sharing their stories with the goal of inspiring others to continue or start their journey towards creating happiness and wealth.

Pam is also the founder of TPK Properties. The company has seen tremendous growth from joint ventures and syndications on apartment acquisitions. Pam and her team strongly believe in TPK Properties' singular mission: “Preservation of Investor Capital Through Multi-Unit Property Acquisitions.”

Pam currently serves as a Global Board Director for CREW Network, a premier business network dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. Pam is also an Enrolled Agent with an emphasis on real estate taxes. As of October 2020, Pam is now part of the Forbes Real Estate Council!
When not working, Pam enjoys spending family time with her young sons. Together they love traveling, playing outdoors, and going to Disneyland. For Pam’s “me time”, she loves reading, practicing yoga, and cooking new recipes.
