It's nice to have the perfect potency extended release. I've noticed an improvement in my allergies since taking these. Vitamin C is a dehistamine - meaning it removes histamines - as opposed to anti-histamine. So if you need something more than an antihistamine for your allergies try Vitamin C. It also helps the immune system cope with colds etc. The human body can't absorb a lot of Vitamin C at once and taking mega doses can cause kidney stones. It's nice to have an extended release form like this that has better absorption than vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid. Ester C is absorbed better. These are big gel pills if you have trouble swallowing you may have trouble with these.

Smells terrible
Immune 24 Hour+ - I ordered this from Amazon because I was running low on the bottle I had previously purchased at Costco. I loved these vitamins because they were tasteless & odorless and I felt pretty good while taking these vitamins. The ones I ordered from Amazon, as soon as I opened the bottle I could smell this terrible smell and I noticed they are darker in color than the ones I purchased at Costco. In the photo the vitamin on (my left) is from Costco and on the opposite side is from Amazon. I was trying to save a trip from going to Costco so I ordered these online and clearly it was a bad choice of mine. It is a great product but I won’t buy them online again, making the trip to Costco is worth it from this experience.
