Personal wellness was at the forefront at our NJ offices this week. The FitNEST team brought the energy with chair massages, smoothie bikes, yoga, health screenings, and a focus on nutrition. It was a reminder that we all need to recharge — both body and mind.

At our annual NEST IFM Summit earlier this year, we welcomed Mike Holmes as a keynote speaker. This is what the future of the skilled trades looks like... It was a thrill to once again team up with my hometown Philadelphia Phillies to welcome more than 50 students from Mayfair School to Citizens Bank Park for our second annual Skilled Trades All-Star Program this week. From touring the HVAC and mechanical systems to learning directly from carpenters and grounds crew, these middle schoolers got hands-on exposure to real careers in the trades. Special thanks to Mayfair’s Evin Jarrett - who is running the only middle school trades program in the city - for inspiring the next generation. At NEST, we’re proud to support initiatives like this through the Skilled Trades Advisory Council and to help close the labor gap with access, mentorship, and real-world experience. #skilledtrades

Huge thanks to the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia middle school teacher Evin Jarrett for helping us inspire the next generation of trades professionals. As part of the Skilled Trades All-Star Program, we welcomed 50 students from Mayfair to Citizens Bank Park for a behind-the-scenes look at the skilled trades that keep major venues running. From HVAC and plumbing to electrical and facility operations, the students explored real career paths - and met the experts who make it all happen, including Citizen's Bank Park General Manager (White) DiGiuseppe Carolyn of Oak View Group. At NEST, we believe exposure and education are key to closing the labor gap. Programs like this are one way we’re helping build a brighter future for the trades.
