HTX Liquid Restaking is an airdrop event designed to benefit our users. Users can register for Liquid Restaking to earn free rewards including cryptocurrencies, such as ETH, USDT, HTX, and TRX, and early airdrops of popular projects such as EigenLayer, Puffer, Merlin Chain, etc.QDo I need to stake any asset to participate and will my assets be restricted for trading or other features?

You don't need to stake any assets to participate in Liquid Restaking, and participation in the event will not affect the trading, deposits, and withdrawals of your assets. After registering for Liquid Restaking, a snapshot of your Spot account balances for the cryptocurrencies you've enabled for the event will be taken at a random time daily. The amount of rewards you can earn is based on these snapshots of your Spot account balances. More holdings mean more rewards.QWhat new features have been introduced following the upgrade on March 25?

HTX adds another $50 million staking quota for the Liquid Restaking event on March 25, doubling the current reward pool. Futures accounts are also eligible for participation. You can share corresponding crypto rewards after the platform captures a snapshot of your asset holdings in your Spot account and net equity in your Futures account. In addition, other exhilarating new features are available, offering a potential 150% boost to your rewards.QWill I earn more rewards following the quota increase?

If the total participating amount in the event remains unchanged, the rewards for participants who have already joined will double. Besides, participants can acquire boosts to increase their share of rewards. Take BTC as an example. The rewards that a participant earns from the event can be calculated using the following formula: Participant's LRS-BTC points for a single day = Total boost (%) × (Participant’s BTC participating amount/Total BTC participating amount) × Total LRS-BTC points issued on that day.QWhat is a boost?

Boosts can increase participants' sharing weights, enabling higher rewards from the event. Total boost (%) = Team's boost (%) + Boost (%) from daily trading fees + Boost (%) from $HTX holdings. The boosts are applicable to the cryptocurrencies that participants have enabled in Liquid Restaking. Take BTC as an example. Participant's LRS-BTC points for a single day = Total boost (%) × (Participant’s BTC participating amount/Total BTC participating amount) × Total LRS-BTC points issued on that day.QWhat does a team mean in this event?

Participants can join the event by teaming up with friends. A team is eligible to receive a boost, which all team members can enjoy. A team's boost is determined by its level, which is calculated based on the total participating amount contributed by all team members. As the team's level rises, it becomes eligible for a higher boost.QWhat are the points used for?

LRS points can be redeemed for corresponding rewards: LRS-BTC for Merlin Chain and BounceBit airdrops; LRS-ETH for EigenLayer and Puffer airdrops; (Please note the actual airdrop rewards are subject to rewards provided by these projects.) To be eligible for this event, you can fund your Spot account by making deposits, trades, etc to hold at least $1 worth of BTC, ETH, USDT, HTX, TRX, or other designated assets. Register and enable desired cryptos for Liquid Restaking, and rewards will be distributed in points three days later and displayed on the event page.QIs there any risk in participating in Liquid Restaking?

HTX Liquid Restaking is a service introduced by HTX, allowing users to participate in Restaking projects on the blockchain for rewards. Specifically, the platform stakes assets enabled by users in corresponding projects and helps them earn rewards. The platform conducts rigorous screening of Restaking projects across various dimensions, including smart contract security audits, code reviews, team composition, Total Value Locked (TVL), etc. Due to the increasing participating amount, the platform will no longer be liable for losses of assets you've enabled for the event, resulting from abnormal risk events such as smart contract vulnerabilities in on-chain projects, hacker incidents, suspension or termination of services by third-party platforms, or business closures. Assets that you've not enabled or have already exited HTX Liquid Restaking will remain unaffected in the event of on-chain risks.QWhat is restaking?
