Robert Oberrender – Treasurer and Independent Director

Robert Oberrender is a decorated financial executive who recently retired as the Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer of UnitedHealth Group in October 2018. He has built and managed successful teams as an executive in a variety of organizational settings for early-stage organizations and large multinational blue-chip companies.

Traci S. Granston – Advisory Board Member

Traci is an award-winning surgeon and advisory board member currently serving as Medical Director for Cohere Health, a high-growth healthtech startup. She has more than 20 years of experience delivering compassionate care while simultaneously overseeing a growing private practice. She brings a combination of business, governance, and clinical expertise to board rooms and executive teams looking to make an impact in the healthcare industry.


Brian Dunn – Independent Director

Brian Dunn is an experienced consultant who recently retired as the Chairman of McLagan and the CEO of Performance, Reward and Talent at Aon Consulting. He currently serves on the Cornell University faculty where he teaches Executive Compensation and Managing Compensation.

Meg Garrison – Shareholder Director

Meg is a Managing Director at SullivanCotter. With over 20 years of consulting experience, Meg specializes in executive compensation and works with a variety of organizations, including large multi-hospital, multi-state health systems, academic medical centers and more, to design reward programs to support the achievement of organizational goals.


Kathy Hastings – Shareholder Director

Kathy is a Managing Director and the Executive Workforce Practice Leader at SullivanCotter. She has over 25 years of compensation consulting experience advising large and complex not-for-profit health care organizations to develop comprehensive executive compensation and benefits strategies to recruit, retain and engage top leadership talent.

Mike Erickson – Chief Technology Officer, Clinician Nexus

Mike Erickson is the Chief Technology Officer at Clinician Nexus. As a dynamic technology executive with a proven track record for leading high-performing teams as they solve complex business and operational issues, he leverages more than 20 years of experience working within innovative health care start-ups and consulting environments. Mike utilizes his longstanding expertise in software architecture, development, and implementation to deliver new products and resources to market and better support hospitals and health systems as they grow and scale in a rapidly changing marketplace.  He is responsible for driving ongoing strategy and design for the company’s suite of clinical workforce technology products, and his work is critical in helping clients improve performance and streamline operations throughout all stages of the clinical workforce lifecycle.


Andrew Lewis – Managing Principal

Andy Lewis is a Managing Principal at SullivanCotter. He helps health care institutions restructure compensation programs to be more efficient and reflective of new market trends. Leveraging more than 20 years of consulting experience, he leads the Executive Workforce practice’s Innovations Team, which develops new ways to use our nationally known research and tools to solve emerging client issues. In addition, Andy works extensively for tax-exempt research institutions, including Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs) and national labs, as well as think tanks, membership associations, and foundations.

Jason Tackett – Managing Principal

Jason Tackett is a Managing Principal at SullivanCotter. He also serves as the Physician Workforce Solutions and Strategic Growth Leader as well as co-leading the Physician Design Practice. Jason specializes in physician compensation related matters in pediatric hospitals and academic medical centers. He has worked with more than 100 health care organizations, which include hospitals, health systems, medical schools, academic medical centers and physician groups.
