The primary responsibility of every franchisor should be to support their owners in developing a successful franchise. Minuteman Press has been doing just that for over 45 years. We are consistently using our power in numbers to obtain more mass purchasing power, assist in lowering costs for our owners, and continually developing and improving our programs.
How do we support our owners?
We continue to research suppliers to find the best vendors for our locations. Because of our system size with nearly 1,000 locations, we are able to use our mass purchasing power to negotiate some of the best discounts and rebates available from industry leaders. Unlike most franchises, you are not required to utilize our suppliers or purchase products through our vendors.
Our research and development staff attends all major industry expos and trade shows and keeps our owners up to date. They continue to advise our owners on industry trends, equipment updates and vendors. This enables our owners to focus their time and effort on running their business and saves them from the expenses associated with continuously attending these events.
Every two years we have the Minuteman Press International World Expo. This is a 4-day business event specifically for our owners that features guest speakers and seminars on everything from management & marketing to customer service and employee management. There is also a vendor show, which over 100 companies attend. This gives our owners the chance to meet their suppliers, find new products or services & learn about industry trends. We also conduct regional meetings with the owners in their local markets.
The support from Minuteman Press has been exceptional. The training was very comprehensive, and we felt like we were well-prepared for starting up and getting straight to work. We also know exactly who to call when we have a question or issue to manage. The network of Minuteman Press is amazing in the way that everyone is there for you at any time and in any capacity that you need.
