Sense Education

Seth is responsible for strategy, product strategy, and financing at Sense. He has built and sold three companies, most recently he sold Visible World to Comcast in the summer of 2015. He left his position as SVP of Comcast in early 2017 to join Sense. Seth studied Physics and Computer Science at Columbia College and is the holder of more than 85 U.S. Patents. Also, he contributed technology to the fields of electronic film editing, tactile feedback systems, and targeted advertising.

Akiba is responsible for business development and advising the company on market trends and strategic product development. Akiba served most recently as Head of Business Development for the Minerva Project, a global, VC-backed university and curricular system, previously served as Associate Dean and a member of the faculty at Harvard Law School, and as founding VP for University Relations at edX, an online learning platform with more than 20 million learners co-founded by Harvard University and MIT. Akiba holds graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Yale Law School.

A leading A.I. expert and renowned speaker in the field of data science. Since 2009, Ronen has run a successful A.I. development services company. Dr. Tal-Botzer has been an adjunct professor of Computer Science for the past 16 years at Bar-Ilan University. He is also the Director of the Online Program in Biomedical Informatics at Bar-Ilan University and Sheba Medical Center, with proven success in the marketing of educational curricula. The transition was recently made from Dr. Tal-Botzer’s role as CEO to CTO, with Seth Haberman taking on the role of CEO in addition to that of President.Ronen graduated Summa cum Laude with a double major B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Biology from Bar-Ilan University. He later pursued a direct Ph.D. track in Artificial Intelligence, where he received the President’s scholarship and the Chancellor's Prize for Excellence in Research. In 2007, Ronen was chosen by the World’s Life Sciences Forum as one of the 100 promising PhDs. Prior to that, Ronen served in the Central Technology Unit of the IDF Intelligence Corps.

Keren is responsible for bringing Sense products to market. Her responsibilities include outbound marketing, direct customer contact and bringing market considerations back to the product development group. Keren has spent over ten years in Ad-Tech leading teams and working on various stages of product development from earliest conception to full market-rollout, at companies including TACODA, AOL, Sizmek, Peer 39 and Magnetic. Prior to her career in New York, Keren was a Sergeant in Israel’s top intelligence unit, 8200. Keren holds a B.A. from Tel-Aviv University, an MBA from Columbia Business School and is working towards her Masters in Digital Media Design for Learning at NYU.
