Spectrum Labs
Overview: Spectrum Labs
Most companies moderate toxic content on their platforms with large offshore teams using minimal automation. This approach is unreliable, inefficient, and unscalable.
Spectrum’s patented technology finds and identifies toxic content in both text and voice, including voice tracks on video. Spectrum can identify many different types of toxic or illegal content including physical threats, radicalization, underage users, spam, sexual content, hate speech, bullying, and more.
One of Spectrum’s major customers had a 50% reduction in moderation efforts after applying the technology. Another saw a 40% improvement over their internal models.
Spectrum’s platform is uniquely capable of working in more than 30 different languages.
Spectrum has created a Trust and Safety (T&S) community with over 200 T&S leaders across different industries, geographies, and community types. Members collaborate on ways to enhance online safety.
