Developing and improving tools for the growth and analysis of single-crystal diamond Developing new deep-tech applications for diamond Close collaboration with other units. Requirements: Experience in multidisciplinary material process development or academic process development experience - mandatory MSc/PhD degree in one of the following disciplines: material engineering/ physical chemistry/ Physics/ chemistry - mandatory Experience in data analysis Experience in vacuum technology – mandatory Experience in characterization and analysis of materials Experience in operating vacuum deposition systems (PVD, CVD) Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes Very good interpersonal relations skills Self-motivated and ambitious, Hard worker.
