Each client we work with now has their own internal dashboard: → A color-coded calendar view of all cross-functional work → A live feed of creative tickets and web requests, active and complete → A single source of truth for key client details and quick links → Custom forms that trigger automations and subtask templates We’ve got cleaner visibility, smoother collaboration, and just enough structure to keep things moving — without tipping into process-for-process’s-sake.
