UST Operator Training

The Energy Policy Act of 2005 prompted the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to establish specific training requirements for Class A, Class B, and Class C UST operators — requiring each state and U.S. territory to choose how to structure and implement training with the federal framework as a guide.

Since 2010, Antea Group has offered a growing number of state-approved, online training courses that meet those federal and state-specific requirements. In addition, we’ve been providing UST compliance and environmental consulting services to the retail petroleum, railroad, chemical, and food and beverage industries for nearly three decades. Currently, we lead the industry by offering Class A/B and Class C courses in more than 30 states, and we’re in the process of developing more.

All UST operators need to be able to make quick, informed decisions to efficiently and safely operate UST systems — as well as help ensure regulatory compliance. Our convenient online learning management system makes it easy for you to take the Class A/B or Class C training or retraining you need to get and stay certified. In addition, if we don’t offer the training your state requires, we will tell you who does.

Many organizations operate multiple facilities or operations with USTs across several states. This can make compliance and training management a challenge. Antea Group partners with operators of complex portfolios such as retailers, suppliers, wholesalers, and fleet-based operations to mitigate those challenges as well as offer bulk discounts.

Our Learning Management System allows for dedicated reporting and/or administrative access to provide you the ability to track your team’s progress, training renewal dates, and access their certifications. We also have the ability to provide your firm with a customized, dedicated training platform to allow you and your team to access training courses internally.
