They Bowflex revolution home gym

Three years ago I was hurt and had to go to a wheelchair. I normally worked out at the gym every day, but after I got hurt. I wasn't for sure about how I was going to do that, then I looked at your ad for bowflex and of course did a lot of research. That's what got me to get the bowflex revolution ...

Weights too difficult to remove from machine

I want to be fit not just in my legs but my upper body as well. Seeing the bowflex Revolution makes me believe that with consistency and diet, I will be able to achieve my goal. However, this far the only problem that I have with the machine is removing the 20 and 40 pound resistance weights from t...

It is well worth it for the money it costs. Very easy to use and gives you a fantastic work out. The things i don't like is if you are short( I am 5'4) that the rowing is not effective at all. Also i don't like that the cables rub on the foot peddles when you have the arms in the #9 position.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I just turned 43 February of this year. Despite doing construction, I had stopped working out. I don't like going out. I don't hang with anyone. My son moved out and I turned his old bedroom into my office/gym. It's an awesome machine. If u take ur time and put it together right u shouldn't have any problems. Now they don't make that too easy, but it does come with all the instructions u need. Follow the instructions be patient and make sure u understand what it's saying and you'll be fine. I've been using it for an hr everyday and after 3 weeks my tone in my arms are back n the AB's are coming in nicely. If they would take the time and put together a video or even some pictures of ALL the workouts u can do that would be great. They have some old ones on u tube, but u got to go find em watch and all that. But the guy really helps u understand how the workout should be done. I remember seeing these commercials in the 90's and always wanted one. Well at 43 it's the best money I've spent in a long time.

Love the versatility, question the quality

This is a very versatile piece of equipment. Love it for that. I am questioning the quality and any required follow up service. Seat roller broke in under six uses. Seems like the rollers aren't of good enough quality for someone weighing 190lbs. It's been 3+ days with no follow up from customer service.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

My husband begged for us to get this and after months of debating we finally did it. Well it comes in 5 boxes and we got 4/5 boxes and it's been 3 almost 4 weeks and no 5th box. So I'd love to review it after I use it but I still have no ability to use it without the last box

Is there a workout dvd for the revolution?

Asked by Nick
Verified Reply - ShawnaHello Nick. The only DVD available for the Bowflex Revolution is the one that comes with the manual kit. It is more of a digital version of the owner's manual than an actual workout video. Thank you!Was this answer helpful to you
