PSEG Foundation Accepting Applications for 10th Annual Neighborhood Partners Program with New $1.2 Million Grant Milestone

In a continued effort to sustain community partnerships and encourage local ingenuity, the PSEG Foundation is opening applications for the 10th year of its annual Neighborhood Partners Program (NPP). The Foundation is proud to announce a total of $1.2 million in grant funds available for eligible 501(c)(3) organizations, marking a 20% increase from last year's $1 million. Eligible nonprofit organizations must submit applications by June 30, 2024. Grants ranging from approximately $500 to $15,000 will be awarded.

PSEG Notifies NRC of Intention to Seek 20-Year License Renewals for South Jersey Nuclear Plants

PSEG subsidiary PSEG Nuclear, LLC, has notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of its intent to seek subsequent license renewal (SLR) for the Salem Generating Station (Salem), Units 1 and 2, and Hope Creek Generating Station (Hope Creek), which collectively produce nearly half of New Jersey’s electricity and 85% of the state’s carbon-free generation. The three generating stations are co-located on one site on the Artificial Island in Lower Alloways Creek Township, Salem County. 

PSE&G Wins 2024 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Award for Sustained Excellence

Today, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G), New Jersey’s largest utility with 2.4 million electric customers and 1.9 million gas customers, has received the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award for Sustained Excellence in the Energy Efficiency Program Delivery category from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy. This award is granted to states, utilities, regional energy efficiency nonprofit organizations, associations and other organizations for sponsoring energy efficiency programs to improve the efficiency of products, homes and buildings within their community or territory.

The Board of Directors of Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE: PEG) today declared a $0.60 per share quarterly common stock dividend for the first quarter of 2024, payable on or before March 29, 2024, to shareholders of record on March 8, 2024.  This action represents an increase of $0.03 per share in the company's quarterly common stock dividend, bringing the 2024 indicative annual rate to $2.40 per share.
